Important: The Installer will ask for a valid serial number of the old EDIUS version. The EDIUS Pro X Jump Upgrade allows owners of an old EDIUS License to upgrade to EDIUS X. This is still available because EDIUS X ONLY works on Windows 10, where as EDIUS 9 will work on Windows 7 & 10, and EDIUS 9 still retains some legacy features such as DV capture (with EDIUS X you would capture DV with a different program, of which there are free options, and then import the footage into EDIUS X) In addition you can also still buy EDIUS 9 – the previous version of EDIUS. We do not know when the next version of EDIUS will arrive, only that sometime in the future there will be one.

There are two versions of EDIUS – Pro and Workgroup. You can order in Pounds sterling but the webshop exchange rate is not great and it will be cheaper to order in Euro and let your credit/debit card company convert the amount for you (more information is at the bottom of the page). Prices are available in EURO as the software comes from the EU distributors. I am supplying EDIUS in this way because DVC Training is not VAT registered and so this enables you to buy direct from the European distributors and claim back any VAT paid, but still have UK-based help. This means you will get support for DVC Training and the main European distributors.
